Overspray Liability Investigations Occasionally, a claim requires that investigative steps be taken to satisfy questions of liability.
Detail Masters will visually inspect the damaged property and the possible source of overspray. If a question of overspray liability still exists, Detail Masters will obtain samples from the target source and damaged vehicles for analysis.  In cases where a source is not readily available. Detail Masters will map potential sources and obtain meteorological data (wind direction, speed, etc...) to help determine possible sources for sample matching.  For most overspray claims, this report provides forensic evidence and detail analysis of the contaminant. We compile a comprehensive report for the client supporting a determination of liability. |
